It all depends on your skin type, your desire for protection and tanning, and where you're going on vacation! UV protection isn't just for the beach. At altitude and in the tropics, the UV index is higher, so you'll need a higher sun protection factor. Overall, we recommend at least one sunscreen and one after-sun product.

An after-sun cream has many benefits for your skin: it soothes your skin after sun exposure, moisturizes it and prolongs your tan! Moisturizing your skin after sun exposure is crucial to hydrate and soothe it. 

We advise you to limit exposure to the hottest hours of the day: between 12pm and 4pm. Use a sun cream with a high protection factor and a moisturizing formula like Lovea sun products. We also encourage you to pack an after-sun care product to moisturize and soothe your skin after exposure.
